Benjamin H. Parr

Parr was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 1977.    After graduating from American Christian Academy in Tuscaloosa in 1995, Benjamin obtained a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama in International Relations and Russian language in 1999.   

He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2002, and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a prosecutor and Staff Judge Advocate.   

In 2006, Benjamin began practice in Opelika with Ingrum, Rice, & Parr. His areas of practice include domestic relations, real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, and probate. He is licensed to practice in Alabama, the federal Middle District of Alabama, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
